An evolving series designed to bring energy and
clarity to Citi CANVAS worldwide.

Commissioned by Publicis North America, I helped create a series of illustrations and animations for Citi’s global CANVAS brand. Together with Felipe and Iria, we developed visual assets — from scratch — for use across Citi’s digital platforms. What started as a one-off grew into an ongoing collaboration, with dozens of pieces produced over time. This is a small selection of that work.

To create a smooth and realistic rotation of the pencil rocket, I have modelled the "2D" rocket pencil in Cinema4D and animated it in 3D while it still should looks like a 2D illustration.

With Particular in After Effects I couldn't quite achieve the looks of the rocket smoke I had in mind. With the Cinema4D emitter the smoke movement got more smooth.
